Pierce Stronczer Law (“PS Law”) is a growing woman-owned law firm founded by a former Baker & Hostetler LLP partner. PS Law combines big firm talent with small firm values to deliver premier quality representation using innovative fee and compensation structures.

The firm’s founder is one of only 123 attorneys (only 39 of whom are women) certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as an employment law specialist. The firm provides preventative counseling, document drafting and review, training and investigatory services, defense of administrative charges, arbitration representation, and litigation defense to employers in a wide-range of employment-related matters , including discrimination, contract, employment torts, and Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”) litigation. Our founder, an experienced trial and appellate lawyer, has represented the interests of employers during her entire legal career.

While the firm represents organizations employing thousands, it is particularly sensitive to the needs of emerging enterprises. As an emerging law firm, it understands the pressures and concerns of smaller organizations.
